website album : Index pages suggest has small area to show the random photos about this organization , then the photo will uploaded few seconds on the  conversion
When the viewer rollover a buoy on that photo, it will stop.  When they click that  photo, it will have a shadow to show out the photo full screen. (That is my little idea.)
